We are proud to announce the launch of PLATINUMS, a groundbreaking initiative marking WizeCare’s expansion into the EU under the THCS Transforming health and care systems framework. This project leverages our expertise in telerehabilitation to deliver advanced solutions for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis setting a new standard for neurorehabilitation. (MS - a chronic disease that impacts the central nervous system, leading to a wide range of physical challenges). 

Why It Matters

Transforming how chronic neurological patients are evaluated and treated! By enabling health systems to conduct comprehensive, routine screenings for patients with chronic conditions, we aim to identify risk factors and deterioration early—before limitations become permanent. 

Our Vision

Innovative AI capabilities to Deliver accessible home-based telerehab, Support providers with tools to enhance the quality of care for vulnerable populations, and Drive meaningful advancements in mobility, strength, and overall well-being for those living with chronic neurological conditions.
